Doug Moll
Business Torts, Bus. Org.
Anonymously contributed review:
You cannot get any more practical than Business Torts. This class covered several areas such as fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation and how it relates to business transactions, interference with prospective and existing contracts, insurance torts (which I found especially useful) and the increasing union of contract and tort in business litigation. Prof. Moll needs no analysis. Most students know his teaching style and approve of it. He is very thorough and takes you through the law step by step. I recommend finding a great outline, as this will help you even more. Prof. Moll ALWAYS made himself available to students, no matter how busy he was. He even called me back at 9:00 pm from his home the night before the exam to answer last minute questions. Finally, the course covered a lot of Texas Law, which is another reason I found it so useful. I strongly recommend taking this course.
