Daragh John M. Carter began practicing as a defense litigator for Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P. in their Houston office. Daragh currently works as a trial attorney for the plaintiffs' personal injury firm Smith & Hassler in Houston. Daragh has an active trial practice and has tried a number of cases to a jury verdict in Harris County. His docket is primarily automobile accidents, 18-wheeler accidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability claims and deceptive trade practices. Daragh has an undergrad degree in Psychology from The Queens University of Belfast in Northern Ireland, a masters degree in Applied Psychology from The University of Ulster at Jordanstown in Northern Ireland, and received his J.D. magna cum laude from The University of Houston Law Center in 2005 graduating 20th in a class of 380. R. Reagan Sahadi began
his practice after graduating from UHLC as a defense litigator
with Donnell, Abernethy & Kieschnick, P.C. in Corpus Christi,
Texas. Reagan currently is an associate at Wiggington, Rumley
& Dunn in Corpus Christi, where he
represents catastrophically injured plaintiffs against
manufacturers and sellers of dangerous and defective products.
Reagan's undergrad degree is from St. Edwards in Austin, and he
graduated from The University of Houston Law Center in 2005.
