Murphy

International Business Transactions

By far one of the best courses I have taken in law school. Professor Murphy takes a complicated subject and makes it readily understandable. He is a brilliant man, and extremely kind. I highly recommend this course to anyone even considering doing international work, whether on the transactional or litigation side. He is also a prominent arbiter and a great speaker.
